From August 2002 to July 2011, Li Changhe from Qingdao City, Shandong Province, China, had been engaged in volunteer service in Qingdao Library at his age from 65 to 74. With 10,272 hours of volunteer service, he set the world record granted by the World Record Association for providing the longest volunteer service in the world.
