From May to June 2012, Mr. Xu Baolin from Liquan County, Shanxi Province, China, created the long scroll of Chinese painting of lotus named with “gentle breeze and pleasant lotus”. With a length of 73m and a width of 1.2m, it set the world record granted by the World Record Association for being the longest scroll of Chinese painting of lotus in the world.
