Coming from the Tongxiang City of the Zhejiang Province of China, Mr. Li Bailong designed totally 845 bridges  mainly in the Tongxiang City and nearby from 1982 to 2011. He has broken the world record as the one who has designed the largest number of bridges, as recognized by the World Record Association.
