Mr. Cao Jiping from Tengzhou City, Shandong Province, China hiked 25 provinces from February 2006 to August 2007, and from May 2008 to August 2008, he respectively collected 988 different postmarks stamped in various places, which broke the world record of the most postmarks stamped in various places through hiking around the world as recognized by the World Record Association.
