On March 22nd, the 20th World Water day, Chero Beer Offering Water Ceremony in 2012 was held in the Sunshine Beach, Zhanghe, Jingmen City, Hubei Province, China, with  12890 people initiated to save water on-site. It set the world record granted by the World Record Association for being the on-site water saving initiatives with the maximum participants in the world.
