Located in the Single Bridge Village,
Xian County, Hebei Province, China, the Single Bridge was initially founded in
1629. Made of bluestones, this bridge has a length of 69 meters and a width of
9.6 meters. There are 5 arches in total, with different spans and heights. The
south side and north side of the bridge is unsymmetrical, with a difference of
1.785 meters in height. The Single
Bridge is granted by the World Record Association as the longest unsymmetrical stone arch bridge in the
world.
