Shenzhen Ruituo Display Technology Co., Ltd. started designing and manufacturing since December of 2009, which lasted 80 days, and completed the installation of the multi-LED display screen for 2010 Shanghai World Expo opening ceremony in March of 2010. The LED display screen was located by the Huangpu River, World Expo Park Zone, Puxi, Shanghai, with a total area of 9,500 square meters. It set the world record granted by the World Record Association for being the largest LED display screen in the world.
