Mr. Liu Xue An from Luoyang City of Henan Province, China created the simplified Seal Character Calligraphy works "Simplified Seal Character" from February 2007 to January 2012. It set the world record granted by the World Record Association for being the earliest simplified Seal Character Calligraphy works in the world.
