From May 2011 to
January 2012, Xie Liaoyuan from Dandong City, Liaoning Province, China, had been
creating the circular fan scroll Gallant Horses. With a length of 120 meters and
a width of 0.48 meters, it consists of 234 circular fans painted with 273
horses, setting the world record granted by the World Record Association for
being the longest circular fan scroll painted with hundreds of horses in the
world.
