From January to July 2012, Mr. Chen Xingzhong from Pujiang County, Zhejiang Province, China, created the long scroll of Bangshu calligraphy named with Thousand Character Classic. With a total length of 512m and a width of 0.69m, mounted by 10 scrolls, it set the world record granted by the World Record Association for being the longest scroll of Bangshu named with Thousand Character Classic in the world.
