辽宁省大连市宋喜明先生于2009年初至2010年4月采用“广东绿”石微雕整部《金刚般若波罗蜜经》，全文5182字，平均每字0.25平方毫米，总面积12.955平方厘米，创世界纪录协会世界最小的微雕《金刚经》世界纪录。

From the beginning of 2009 to April ,2010, Mr. Ximing Song from Dalian in Liaoning Province, adopted "Guangdong Green" stone and created miniature engraving of "The Diamond Sutra" on it with a total of 5182 characters , each character of 0.25 square millimeters and total area of 12.955 square centimeters, which has created the world record of the smallest miniature engraving "The Diamond Sutra" in the world as recognized by World Record Association.
