2011年7月1日，中国济南仲裁委员会办公室组织创作《仲裁文化书画长卷》，由王新民策划，杨书军撰稿，刘大勇、曾宪兴、赵前程、刘允方、张豪、于明元、李培连、张殿华、成鹏集体创作而成。长卷以仲裁文化为主要内容，总长92米，其中正文长90米，创世界纪录协会世界最长的仲裁文化书画长卷世界纪录。

The longest arbitration cultural painting & calligraphy scroll in the world
On July 1st 2011, Arbitration Cultural Painting & Calligraphy Scroll, organized and created by China Jinan Arbitration Office, collectively created by the planner of Wang Xinmin, the copywriter of Yang Shujun, the calligrapher of Liu Dayong, Zeng Xianxing, Zhao Qiancheng, Liu Yunfang, Zhang Hao, Yu Mingyuan, Li Peilian, Zhang Dianhua and Cheng Peng, was mainly about the arbitration culture with the total length of 92m among which the text was 90 meters. It has broken the world record of the longest arbitration cultural painting & calligraphy scroll as recognized by World Record Association.
