The one who travelled around on foot and collected the most official seals in the world----Cao Jiping

From February 2006 to August 2007 and from May 2008 to August 2008, Cao Jiping (also named Cao Fuyuan) from Tengzhou City, Shandong Province, China travelled 26 provinces and cities in China on foot and collected 427 official seals stamped by the governments of the places he had traveled, setting the world record granted by the World Record Association for travelling around on foot and collecting the most official seals in the world.
